Please read the terms and conditions below to ensure  that your return is processed appropriately.

Customer satisfaction is important to us, and goes beyond  the point of sale. Products may be returned within 15 days of purchase, and must be accompanied with the following:

  • receipt or packing slip (printed online)
  • all original packaging
  • authorization number from Bean Sprout Naturals

Your product return must be unopened, sealed, and in original condition. To begin the return process simply login to your account, view the order using the “Complete Orders” link under the My Account menu and click the Return Item(s) button. We will notify you via e-mail of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.

All returns must be pre-approved.

Refunds will be processed based on the original form of payment, or store credit can be issued.

Please note: 20% restocking fee applies on all returns on the value of the product.

If a package is returned to us as undelivered, you will be issued a refund for the amount of the order less the shipping charges.

If you choose to have your package reshipped additional shipping charges will apply.

The following items cannot be returned nor are refunded:

  • Any opened packages
  • Sale products. All sales are final.
  • Orders shipped to the U.S. or other international destination
  • Individual products purchased as part of a basket/gift set (the entire basket/gift set must be returned)

While we are unable to process new orders via the return process, if you wish to replace the item, please place another order online.

For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return with insured postal service.

Return shipping fees are non-refundable. 
Should your  Naturals retailers, must be returned to them directly.


Sorry we do not offer any exchanges on returned products. No exceptions.

Damage Items

When your order arrives, please inspect the package for any damage that may have occurred during shipment before  opening. It is normal for the shipping package to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the items in your shipment, please contact Bean Sprout Naturals Customer Service at 905-381-4582 between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m. Monday through Friday EST or via email at We will be happy to  assist you.

Cancellation Policy

Please bear in mind that our order-fulfillment and shipping systems are designed to get orders on their way quickly and efficiently. Therefore, we cannot change or cancel an order once it has been submitted. No exceptions.

We want our clients to be 100% satisfied. Should you wish on a cancellation a 20% cancellation fee will be issued.

Retail Returns

Bean Sprout Naturals does not accept retail store returns. When purchasing through one of our authorized resellers, you are required to return your item directly to the retail store location, or distributor.
